Copyright Notice

All artwork displayed on this website (including paintings, drawings, prints, sketches and written descriptions) is protected by UK and international copyright law. Copyright remains with the artist at all times, even after the sale of an original piece or print. Purchasing artwork grants the buyer ownership of the physical item only and does not include any rights to reproduce, publish, distribute or create derivative works from the image. No content from this website may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, altered or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the artist's legal guardian.

Use of Website Images

Images displayed on the website are provided solely for personal viewing. They may not be reproduced, distributed or uploaded elsewhere, including on social media, without consent. They may also not be used in the training of artificial intelligence systems or in any commercial context. Permission requests can be made through the contact page.

Purchasing Original Artwork

When purchasing artwork, buyers are advised to read the following terms carefully. The purchase of original artwork entitles the buyer to the physical piece only; copyright is never transferred. Although every effort is made to present accurate photographs, colours may vary slightly between digital displays and physical artwork. As each piece is handmade, minor natural variations or imperfections are inherent to the work and form part of its character.

Print

Prints are produced to a high standard, though slight variations in colour, tone or size may occur due to printing processes. Orders are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed, and customers will receive confirmation by email. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may vary depending on postal services or circumstances beyond our control. International customers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes or import duties applied upon delivery.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with UK consumer law, original artworks and custom commissions are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. Prints and other ready-made items may be returned within fourteen days of receipt, provided they remain unused and in a resalable condition, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. If an item arrives damaged, customers should notify us within forty-eight hours and provide photographic evidence so that a replacement or refund can be arranged. Commissioned work may require a non-refundable deposit, and the artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights for commissioned pieces.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we do not accept liability for loss, damage or delays arising from circumstances outside our control. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase on this website, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and agree to the copyright and purchase conditions set out above. If you have any questions, you are encouraged to contact us before making a purchase.
